All sales are final, we do not offer cancellations or refunds currently.
Please double check your shipping address & sizes of products before completing your purchase.
In special circumstances such as receiving a damaged product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent to the customer. Photo proof of the damaged product is required to validate and complete the transaction for an exchange. 

By the off chance we do accept a return or exchange, unfortunately we will not be able to cover the return cost of shipping to us. We will, however, cover the cost of shipping you out a new product.

All of our items are currently shipped out of Vancouver Island, Canada, through Canada Post. We are a small team, and we appreciate your understanding! 
Your local postal company will be the ones to deliver your order (USPS, NZPost, etc.) and you will be able to put your tracking number into their website if one is included. 
Stickers are shipped via envelope and do not come with tracking at this time. Please contact us if you have received the "Shipped" email but haven't received your order within 25 days.

After the product has been sent out for shipment, we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses input in the system by the customer. As stated, please verify your shipping information is correct before confirming your order.

Estimated Shipping times vary by region. Shipping time does not include fulfillment time. Shipping time is the time your order takes to get to you after it is with the courier.

Order Fulfillment time: 5-6 Business Days
Shipping time: 3-25 Business Days (Varies depending on region)
