Proof of the damaged product may be required to validate and complete the transaction for an exchange. 

In the event we do accept a return or exchange, we do not currently cover the return cost of shipping to us.

All of our items are currently shipped out of Vancouver Island, Canada, through Canada Post. We are a small team, and we appreciate your understanding! 
Your local postal company will be the ones to deliver your order (USPS, NZPost, etc.) and you will be able to put your tracking number into their website if one is included. 
Stickers are shipped via envelope and do not come with tracking at this time. Please contact us if you have received the "Shipped" email but haven't received your order within 25 days.

We are not liable for any incorrect addresses input in the system by the customer. As stated, please verify your shipping information is correct before confirming your order.
